Process
There are three main phases in our work together:
1. Assessment
First, we assess your operation for its consumption of water, energy, and materials, as well as generated waste, systems efficiency, training procedures, and marketing approach around sustainability initiatives.
2. Strategy
Once this information has been collected and analyzed, a report is generated which highlights your top priority action items, offers a checklist for long-term success, and suggests ways to celebrate your work through social media and other communications.
3. Implementation
With data collected and a course for success laid out, the final phase of our work together involves hands-on assistance with implementing the actions identified in your report. Beyond this, we phase to an ad-hoc support structure for additional aid as needed.
